Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform excellent manicure and pedicure services on clients
- Consult clients on nail care, services to book and nail art
- Build relationships and maintain high loyalty through rebooking
- Appointment booking and calendar scheduling
- Selling retail products based on clients need
- General house cleaning tasks to keep salon presentable
- Follow nail safety protocols, including instrument and equipment sanitation
Technical requirements
- Strong nail tech fundamental skills (removal, cuticle care, shaping, gel color application)
- Basic nail art ability (french tips, chrome, ombre, heart, stars, etc.)
- Bonus: experience in builder gel and soft gel extensions (can be trained); can use e-file, airspray.
Our services include: regular gel (mani + pedi), builder gel, gel X extensions.
Common nail art includes: french tips, ombre, chrome, aura, cat eyes, swirls, hearts, flowers, stars, charms, and more.
Who we're looking for- At least 1 year of experience with demonstrated nail tech skills
- Strong sense of aesthetic & attention to details
- Fluent in English
- Proactive and can work under minimum supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
