Dip powder is a manicure technique in which the nail is dipped into colored powder (or brushed with it) and then sealed with a clear lacquer. The result is a longer-lasting, chip-free manicure that can last up to a month.
3-4 weeks if properly cared for but can last longer if well taken cared of. The dip powder polymers in dip manicures are generally stronger than those in gel polish.
A dip powder manicure provides a more natural look for your nails and is often more durable. Because it does not require UV light to harden and dry, a dip powder manicure takes less time. Acrylic nails are a good option for strengthening and lengthening short or brittle nails as well as helping prevent nail chewing.
