Group Booking Policy
To secure a group booking, a 50% deposit is required. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. The deposit will be deducted from the total booking amount on the day of the appointment.
Please make sure all clients arrive on time. Because group bookings involve multiple clients, staff members, and appointment times, late arrivals can affect the whole booking as well as other clients booked after your group.
If one or more clients are late, we will do our best to accommodate the group. However, we reserve the right to shorten the service, adjust the service, change to a different service, or decline the service if there is not enough time remaining.
If the whole group is more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and keep the deposit.
If fewer people attend on the day, the original booked amount may still apply because the time and staff were reserved for the group. If a client does not attend, their portion of the deposit will be forfeited.
If more people want to be added to the booking, we will do our best to accommodate this. However, this may not always be possible if we do not have enough time or extra staff available.
If we can only complete fewer services, shorter services, or services for fewer people due to lateness, no-shows, or changes on the day, the original booked amount may still apply because the appointment time and staff were reserved.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment start time will result in the deposit being kept.
Because group bookings affect multiple staff members and later appointments, we reserve the right to shorten, adjust, or change services as needed to stay on schedule.
